Brenna Woods is a dedicated educator, assistant principal, and school leader with a passion for fostering student success and building strong educational communities. With years of experience as a teacher and administrator, they have worked in classrooms and leadership roles, guiding students and mentoring fellow educators to create inclusive and effective learning environments.

Their career in education began as a classroom teacher, where they developed innovative teaching strategies and helped shape young learners' foundational skills. As they progressed into leadership, they took on roles that emphasized curriculum development, student support programs, and faculty mentorship. Now, as an assistant principal, they play a key role in implementing school-wide policies, leading professional development initiatives, and working closely with students, families, and staff to ensure academic and behavioral success.

Brenna’s contributions extend beyond the school system. They have served on multiple state and district-level committees, including the DESE MCAS Bias and Sensitivity Committee, the Racial Equity and Diversity Team, and the Long-Range Planning Committee for Billerica Public Schools. These experiences have allowed them to advocate for equity in education and shape policies that support diverse student populations.

Outside of education, Brenna is an active member of their community. They have held leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, including serving as president and vice president of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua. They are also a passionate musician, performing with vocal ensembles and their church choir. When they’re not working or volunteering, they enjoy gaming, cross-stitching, and anything related to Disney.
